This week, from 18-24th May, is Mental Health Awareness Week.
Mental health problems can affect anyone at any time and is everyone's business.
At this time of challenge it's been a joy to see so many acts of wonderful kindness - amid the fear there is community, love, support and hope.
With the theme of Kindness this year, what can you do to bless someone else?
The added benefit of helping others is that is is good for our own mental health and wellbeing. Being kind can help reduce stress and improve emotional wellbeing.
So be creative, go and increase the kindness to those around you!
